Bidra med feedbackWorst service ever ordered via app £4 delivery food missing as usual. Went to the restaurant no help no servixe whatsoever just need to get a refund through the app. These people are supposed to check the orders before sending them out. Theres not a shortage of staff they just don't care to busy standing about talking.
I asked girl for a plain double cheeseburger, she said did I mean no cheese? I said I wanted cheese, a double cheeseburger with nothing else on it please. Anything else she asks me, yes, can I also have a burger, she asks me, just a plain burger? No, I says, a normal McDonalds burger with all the trimmings and 2 large fries, all to take away. I get home and find 2 large fries, a single plain cheeseburger, at least she got the plain right, and a plain burger with nothing else on it. Definitely will not be back there!!!!!
Food is magic, can't get peace for school kids running a mock, swearing like troupers and the staff didn't nothing. Won't go back...
Deliveroo chap arrived with food all sealed. Missing a BigMac meal, so drove to restaurant, spoke to a young guy who got the manager who gave me a full on **** n bull story about claiming back from Deliveroo as they don't get paid till end of month .. blah blah. When i asked him to simply give me the meal I paid for .. he simply refused. threw the receipt onto the counter and told him i wont be back , have made the decision not to eat any MDs food again AVOID !!!
Shocking service as usual, left sitting at drivethru while the person who drew up 5 minutes after me at the other speaker was served first and away to collect his food, advised by the girl at the first window who laughed when I asked about it that it's two different people on headsets obviously I got the less efficient one, customer service skills not required at this Mcdonalds
