Jack In The Box - North Las Vegas

This location is always so slow and her dinning room is never open. the staff is rude and eating is always terrible

I ordered a Homestyle Chicken Ranch Club, and for nearly $7 for JUST THE SANDWICH, it is a major rip off! The piece of chicken was barely bigger than a sauce packet! Next time, I'm going somewhere else! Nit worth the money! Not even close! If you downsize my chicken breast patty to a chicken nugget, don't be surprised when you lose all your customers!

If you order iced coffee they will fill it up with ice all the way to the top. ordered the breakfast plate and they just threw it in a little bag sideways. they didn’t add syrup, no utensils nothing.

This jack in the box is horrible. My order was wrong and they did not apologize. I went to the door and the lady ignored me. I rarely get good service. Idk who the manager is but it starts from the top and either the manager is horrible or the district manager is. If this is just a stand alone franchise then shame on jack in the box! It sucks there is no customer service these days. The prices are high and they act like you are trying to get over if you expect something taken off or a courtesy drink item for being inconvenienced. Even an apology isn 't an option these days.

We had to wait behind three cars in the drive-thru, and it took 20 minutes to reach the window. When we got home, we discovered that one of the sandwiches was incorrect. The food tasted good overall, but I would rate it a 3 out of 5.
