Firehouse Subs Lakewood

Today, I experienced some of the best customer service I have ever received at this restaurant. The young lady assisting me was extremely cheerful and made every customer feel valued. I even took a moment to observe her interactions with others and she treated everyone with the same level of excellence. Although I cannot recall her name, I did mention the time of 12:45pm to her, and other customers also expressed their appreciation for her exceptional service.

It's pretty good, the prices get up there really quick. They go heavy on some of the sauces.

They really cranked up their rating with me tonight, the steak and cheese w/extra meat was loaded! Delicious sandwiches tonight folks, Thank you!

Aweful experience. I think new employees and an aweful manager. Spoke down to her employees. Had to wait 45 minutes to get a sandwich. Will not go back.

I was the only customer in the load, no one spoke when I entered, they all cleaned the tables behind the counter, waited a few minutes. then some finally came into the register (still not spoken) said what I can get them. rude, bad customer service I will not go back to this place
