Eel River Inn - North Manchester

Owners now are great! New owners take over June 1st as of right now! No clue how they will do things. Everything is pretty good here. Only complaint would be that the free wifi doesn't work in every room. I stay at the end of the motel and we don't get the free wifi which is inconvenient and rather frustrating as it is something that's calculated into the price we pay for our room! It's quiet which is great and the community kitchen is nice and convenient! My only other complaint would be that the windows don't open! They are non smoking rooms, however, they allow pets and pets have accidents and they wouldbe smart to fix the windows to at least open a little bit for ventilation and even without animals fresh air and air flow are nice especially in an extended stay motel! I would recommend the Eel River In to anyone passing through or in need of immediate temporary housing!

Casey Brenda are a lovely trustworthy couple. Their inn is super cozy, family oriented, and very clean. Enjoy the older style inns that give a homey feel. This is my second consecutive year returning....for all you sensitives: you can sigh with relaxation bc there are no hags, gargoyles, or malicious entities residing here.

Friendly owners, Well kept. If you need a place to stay itll work.
