I had to go inside to get our menus, the waitress took an extremely long time at the next table and did not recognize us after 16 minutes, so I went in to get menus to start our selection. Danish came out to help and did a wonderful work and received 25% top. thanks, Danish.

Their server was not present. She came by twice. to get our drink order and give our bill. the reservation didn't even work. ends to wait because they said they didn't take it. the food was anyway. I get the late night effect, but still simple apps could still be done right.

I expected the restaurant that a table is ready for six, unfortunately this was not the case. the table was not ready, the reservation was not in the system after the young lady who welcomed my family and I. she let me know that the waiting time for a table would be 5 to 10 minutes. false we waited thirty minutes. the restaurant was not full when we arrived. I was disappointed that I did not have our table better prepared, not even our reservation in the system.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The hostess never welcomed us or showed us to a table, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. Once we finally got seated, we waited over 15 minutes for our waiter to take our drink orders. After another 15 minutes without receiving our drinks—just water and soda—we decided to leave. The staff seemed completely indifferent to providing good service. I won’t be returning.

Looking around, I noticed at least 25 empty tables while many people were waiting. When I inquired about this, I was informed that only two waitresses were working that day, resulting in half of the restaurant being closed and a long wait for customers. The disorganization here is astounding, and it's clear that they need to hire more staff. Instead of utilizing such a large space efficiently, they choose to leave it mostly empty. I will never return to Frays and will make sure to share my terrible experience with everyone I know.
