Domino's Pizza - North Miami

This is by far the worst Domino's pizza location I’ve ever encountered. First of all, they consistently mess up orders and either deliver them late or never at all. I placed an order for pizza, wings, and garlic bread bites for some guests coming to my house, and after waiting over two hours without any update, I decided to drive to the restaurant. When I arrived, I was met by a rude manager who informed me that the system was down and they were issuing refunds to everyone. As of now, I still haven’t received my refund. I strongly advise against using this location. I can’t speak for other Domino's branches, but this one is truly hopeless and deserves to be shut down. The service is abysmal, and the staff is unprofessional. I’m giving them one star, but if I could, I would give them zero. They don’t deserve even a single star.

The pizza is good, but the restaurant doesn't have a phone. This means you have to order online or drive there to get your pizza. I won't be returning.

It seems like you're facing some issues. The online tracker is NOT ACCURATE. It often indicates that my order has been completed and delivered, but it hasn't even arrived yet. When I try to call customer service or the local store number, I get a message saying the number is not valid, and I’m unable to speak to anyone about my undelivered order. This is a TERRIBLE customer experience!

You can really tell that my pizza was made with care, not just rushed out hurriedly. The cheese was delicious, there was just the right amount of tomato sauce, and the pepperoni was outstanding with a nice kick of spice. Overall, I highly recommend this Domino's to anyone reading this review!

The best pizzas from Domino's in Miami! They are unmatched compared to other Domino's locations we've ordered from. I give them five stars for their excellent quality and great service. Thank you!
