Outback Steakhouse - North Myrtle Beach

Sheena was our server and was fantastic at her job! Did not have to wait or ask for anything. She is a terrific server and asset to your establishment. Thanks Sheena!

My wife and I decided to go out for dinner. Our server (Tracy) was incredible and provided exceptional service. My wife had the classic prime rib (medium) with sweet potato and salad. I had the 8oz filet (medium rare) with mashed potatoes and salad. Our drinks were refilled and used dishes were removed expeditiously. Tracy was working hard providing for her tables and it didn't go unnoticed that she was providing the same exceptional service to each table. I highly recommend this Outback!

My husband and I went to lunch and received great food and excellent service!!! Patty was our waitresse and she was excellent! The ratings were 1-5 , but she deserves a “ 10”!!! Many THANKS for your remarkable customer service and your SPECIALPeople skills!! Will be back…….

Waited 45 min for table when they said 20 min...steaks were wrong temperature seated at 545 meal arrived at 725

Update: I went back to outback last night for dinner in the steak was cooked perfectly My server was very friendly and paste the delivery of my drink and my salad and my entree exactly the way I wanted it. It was probably the best experience I've had in Outback. I was in the restaurant for 2 hours and never got edible food. The temperature was freezing in the restaurant and people all over were complaining. But we were told that the local manager couldn't control the thermostat and they had to call the corporate office to get a change in the temperature in the building. My server and then the manager were very nice about it but after 2 hours they should have been able to figure out how to get me some food to eat.
