Super nice employees missed a ranch on my delivery and they delivered a new

Disgusting and wasn’t even cooked all the way and the pizza itself didn’t even look appealing.

I ordered my pizza and it never showed up. I called the store and the guy said door dash picked it up but never delivered it. He said this happens all the time and it’s not a big deal. He did refund me, but I was so mad with a house full of hungry kids I had to go pick up little Ceasar’s.

Ordered delivery through the mobile app, this is a mistake I won't make again. They seem to be outsourcing delivery through Door dash, which I do not like. The delivery fee and tip are meant for Pizza Hut drivers, not DD. Half my order was missing, the driver pretended not to know anything about it and left. Tried their website, that's a no go. Tried calling the store, they left me on hold and eventually just disconnected the call. Now I'm having to wait for their corporate customer service to figure it out. I think this will be my last order from PH, they aren't worth the money anymore.

I usually have a good experience with the Pizza Hut in North Ogden but not tonight. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and it looked horrible! Most of the slices had very little to no cheese. Some of the pepperoni looked dry and overcooked. We also ordered bread sticks and received no marinara sauce to go with it.The employee at the desk gave my husband a receipt to sign hoping to get a tip. I paid online and have never been given a receipt to sign when I go to pick up a pizza. Even if I was to tip I'm glad that I didn't after getting home and seeing what the pizza looked like. Make sure you look at the pizza before you leave the store.
