Bidra med feedbackThey were understated so it took a little time, which is completely understandable. but damn it was worth waiting. they've been chasing it! the best burger king I had for a long time.
I ordered on their app. When I arrived at the store, there were several cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Not a problem. I was patient. When it was my turn to order. I was not greeted and after 5 minutes, I called Hello. I was told it would be a few more minutes. No apology, nothing. After 10 minutes of that, I got angry. I called Hello 3 more times and got no response. When I pulled around the store, there we NO cars in the drive thru. I had 4 cars behind me. I was so mad, I went to the window, told them my order number from the app and to cancel my order. The cashier looked shocked. What do they expect when they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience?! I shouldn't be surprised. This is not the first time I had to wait to order or wasn't greeted. But it is the first time I had already ordered and paid through the app. I'm not going back!!
This Sunday afternoon they ran out of three meals my husband tried to order, the chicken nuggets my son wanted, and the meal I wanted. We left with food for three out of five people. Chicken sandwich was sloppy with mayo everywhere. Two lemonades were watered down and Dr Pepper from the fountain didn’t have enough syrup in it. And all of this was after waiting so long in drive-thru that we gave up and went inside to wait forever in line there too. Oh and they were closing the dining room down at 12:40. If you’re hoping to stop here on a road trip, just skip it. There are plenty of other choices in North Platte. Manager(s) here are clearly inept at supply chain and Human Resources.
Sent a friend through the drive thru to feed my crew of helpers. We got shorted a couple of items and he went back, the staff refused to replace them saying that we should have checked the order in the drive thru, so next time we will sit there and check 3 big bags of food against our order list, sorry if you're behind us. They did ultimately give us our missing items, but were unnecessarily rude to my friend.
The WORST Burger King I have been to. We waited in the drive thru for God knows how long. We were told by a woman driving past that they were “notorious for this” and that even if someone did talk on the intercom they were going to be rude as hell. So we decided to go in instead just to find a mob of angry customers with no one working inside. I will not be coming back.
