Bidra med feedbackThat is the most dysfunctional innocence on the planet and perhaps the worst almost food chain camp of all time. Dirty, can 't get an order right, from the main menu elements frequently, offers on the menu board 't honor. we have tried several times to hope for another result, but it is always a disappointment. I'm done with them.
Worst fast food service in the Fairbanks area. They do not seem in a hurry to get anyone their orders. They also routinely have shouting matches between employees that can be heard through the drive thru window.
The restaurant has very few employees, causing long wait times and a consistently closed lobby. The line often stretches out onto the road, and if you enter through the less prominent entrance, you could find yourself waiting over an hour. Just the other day, I waited 45 minutes for a $6 order—quite ridiculous. The kitchen is extremely dirty and clearly in need of an inspection. It should shut down; no one seems to clean the equipment, or anything else for that matter. I wouldn't eat here. My brother-in-law recently worked for this company, and when we passed by, I was appalled at how disgusting the kitchen was. The coolers are so disorganized that a delivery of fries was left completely open because they couldn't throw it away, and then refrozen later. Eat here at your own risk.
I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. They do not allow entry directly from the door, which was confusing. I had to wait 20 minutes for a fairly simple order, and the lobby was closed, which added to the inconvenience. Unfortunately, one of the staff members had a very strong odor that was noticeable even outside the restaurant. Considering that the conditions in Fairbanks are not ideal, I wonder why they keep the place open if they can't maintain proper hygiene. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.
Great job! I arrived at the dinner line around 6:30 PM and was about 15 cars back. I received my food in just 34 minutes, which is less than 3 minutes per car—much faster than before. Keep up the excellent work! The best part was that my order was accurate and the food was hot.
