Cheng's Kitchen - North Providence

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant! The vegetables at Cheng's are always crisp and fresh, never soggy or cooked hours earlier. In general, the quality here exceeds what you typically find at most Chinese places. Their dumplings are fantastic—they're hearty enough to be a meal on their own. Without a doubt, it's the best Chinese food around!

The food is delicious, affordable, and offers classic American dishes. The delivery is super quick. I order from them quite often.

I've been enjoying meals at Cheng for almost 20 years now, and what sets them apart—not just from other Chinese restaurants, but from all restaurants in general—is their consistency. The service is always reliable, and the food is fresh and delicious every single time I visit. I've never experienced a dish I ordered tasting different or poorly prepared compared to previous visits. This is something that often occurs at other restaurants over two decades, but not at Cheng. The food is always fantastic!

I've eaten at several Chinese food restaurants in Providence and this is the one I like the best. Cheng's Kitchen most reminds me of the yummy Chinese food I've had in New York. Prices are comparable to other Chinese food spots. I highly recommend!

Best Chinese take out in the whole providence area. Wonton soup is happiness in a bowl and our go-to comfort food when we are sick! General Tso’s is addicting. Very reasonable pricing and generous servings...I can never finish in one sitting! It is one of the cleanest kitchens I’ve seen, and owned by some of the nicest people <3
