Wendy's - North Richland Hills

One just can't tell if a Wendy's is well managed or not. Most are. But, some are just better than others. This is one of those better locations. The manager took our order with such enthusiasm. She was so pleasant. Actually made my early lunch better. The food was hot, fresh. Dave would have been proud.

Quickly friendly staff and I had my food hot and fresh in less than 30 seconds. I recommend this for a fast food stop.

The person on the drive thru speaker was rude and uneducated, half of my entire order was messed up in one way or another

For number one you are not able to go in because the lack of employees maybe because of lack of wages that you all pay your employees. I went through the drive-through I have a family of 7 I ordered 7 biggie bags they told me I had to order it 24 hours in advance no one pre orders Wendy's burgers. There was only my car and one other car in the drive-through and I tried to they had no other customers they could have fixed those 7 burgers if that's the way you think you're gonna gain customers then you're wrong then you're wrong. I am very much disappointed this was your chance to win over a new customer 7 cause my family is of 7. Every Wendy's that I have been to within a past month I have not ordered anything from because the drive-through is only open and they turn you around when you're trying to make a big family order so is this not a family owned operated business.

According to Google, closes at 11p so drove up and was told that they were already closed at 9p!!!!
