Because of Covid, we have only been ordering takeout, but every meal we've had has been fantastic. The portions are generous, and the food is delicious. My husband claimed it was the best Caesar salad he has ever tasted! I highly recommend giving them a try, especially when they host a special dining event; it's a great value and a wonderful chance to sample various items from their menu!
We couldn't have been happier with our decision to visit Porto Osteria. We had been having trouble finding a place close enough to the ferry that also offered good food and drinks. Luckily, we discovered Porto while zooming in on Google Maps. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and friendliness. Michael and Jennifer made a fantastic team, accommodating our time constraints as we were running late and didn't want to miss our ferry. Despite the tight schedule, the food was outstanding. The fresh, homemade pasta was full of flavor and energy. The fresh-cut cheese enhanced the aroma of the carbonara, while the squid ink pasta and spot prawns were absolutely exquisite. The mussels and clams were also fresh and delicious. We also enjoyed a tapenade antipasto, which was perfectly balanced—not too salty and not too bland. They offered some local beers (canned, not draft) as well. I will definitely be back.
The Island is a hidden gem in Sydney and the perfect spot for a date night! They serve freshly made pasta and bread, complemented by genuine customer service. It's beautifully nestled in Canoe Cove, offering lovely views of the water and marine life. I highly recommend it!
The best Lasgna I ever had! . We loved the Lasgna and we are coming back soon for the egg yolk pasta in this weekend. Beautiful place to hangout and their desserts are awesome.
If you like Italian food and I mean the kind you get in Italy then this is your place. This is one of the best Italian restaurants I have eaten in. The words pillow soft and creamy discribes the best polenta I have ever had. The Tuscan Beef was rich and tender. And the Lemon Pasta well if you do not think of Sorrento I don't know what would. Can't wait to go back!
