Bidra med feedbackThis place is wonderful. The sandwiches are consistently great. Not good, great. I have favorites but if I had to roll a die to pick mine I 'd stills go here. I regularly get the specials which are often a bit on the exotic side and am neverdisappointed. Unusual ingredient and preparation choices which always Work. If I had any complaints, it 's that sauces aresometimes a little too sweet, and the sides are a bit dinky and simple.. but we 're still in 98/100 territory here. Each sandwichis named after a character or concept from Monty Python the Holy Grail the black knight, bridge keeper etc. although manycharacters have yet to be sandwiched. I look forward to trying the Knight who says Nee! or the Amorous Nun if the menu expandsin the future. Also catch the decor: if you 're a Christian who loves Monty Python, Bob Ross, and Stephen Patrick Morrissey (thetalented and charismatic but curmudgeonly and prickish gay frontman of the Smiths, perhaps the most important indie band of the1980s.. well, this one is tailor made for you. I... don 't know that there 's exactly a Huge huge crossover market for those fourthings... but if you don 't like one or more of them just focus on the sandwiches. The.. chef? Sandwicheur? is obviously aninteresting guy and very personable. This is that place that, if it closed, I 'd still be talking about twenty years later.
First impressions are always the most important. Press on made a great one. As soon as we walked into the clean and well signed restaurant, we were greated by a cheerful woman with a big smile. Off the bat I knew this visit was on the right path. Big clearmenu of the amazing eats looks you right in the face. I went with the sandwich they are well known for, the Holy Grail. Whengoing to pay I saw the Massive chocolate chip cookies so I knew dessert was on the menu as well. For a side I got the Tai peanutpasta. Service was quick and I anxiously took the first bite. Flavor profiles were a love mixture with everyone workingtogether on your pallet but no one overpowering the other. Fresh, tasteful, big portions, perfection. 10 out of 10. Not onething I would change or even suggest. The people of Press On know what they are doing and they do it well. Onto the 6 inchdiameter cookie. Huge chunks of chocolate in the softest cookie form. Dreamy. I think someone's grandmother is in the backwhipping up these cookies. The Tai peanut pasta was so good. I could eat a giant bowl of it. Flavorful again, strong and bold.Definitely left me craving for some more. There's many restaurants in the area. Many of them good, but do not stick out likePress on. They have found a niche of a quick flavorful fresh tasty sandwich that is different from other offerings making them astand alone in a league of their own. Will gladly return and recommend to my friends and family. Excellent job and well done.????
Traveling from MA to NJ and made a random stop for lunch with my girlfriend. I got the special and she got the rabbit. Both were excellent. Cool spot as well. Highly recommend.
We ordered catering from Press On for our wedding party lunch while getting ready, and we were blown away!! The presentation was great, and they provided everything plates, napkins, utensils, tongs, etc. The sandwiches were excellent,cookies/brownies were amazing, and the salad was fantastic (and that is saying a lot since a salad is usually prettyboring)!!! We also asked for a small tray of Gluten Free Dairy Free sandwiches, and those were soooo good! They even gaveGluten Free cookies brownies, which were to die for! Other comments talk about your prices, but your prices reflect your topquality and your superior service. Thank you for going above and beyond our expectations we will definitely be back to visityou!!!!
Best roast beef I've ever had, hands down. The coleslaw is so, so good. The holy grail with the pastrami and the egg just a touch of uniqueness but not too far outside the box just amazing and delicious. Food is all about the ingredients and you cantell a lot of thought, care and skill goes into the ingredients and the final product here. Killer, killer sandwiches.
