Tim Hortons - North Tonawanda

I've grown tired of the coffee here. I used to grab it every day, sometimes even multiple times a day. Now, I only stop by for a breakfast sandwich. I get my donuts elsewhere and have switched to BLACK RIFLE COFFEE for my coffee, supporting a veteran-owned company that offers fantastic brews. I will always support Hortons, but I've decided to move away from those specific items.

I've been visiting this Tim Hortons for a while since my kids work at a nearby car wash. When I drop them off, I usually grab some food for them from here. I've had some pretty disappointing experiences in the past, but recently I've been served by a man named Drew. I have to say, he gets my order right every time and is incredibly friendly, which is a nice change at this location. I just wanted to give him a shout out because he has really improved my experience at this Tim Hortons. Thank you, Drew, for your excellent customer service!

Be cautious when considering this restaurant. I've given it multiple chances, but more often than not, my order has been incorrect. When I tried to return for the correct order, the staff argued with me. It's also important to check their actual opening hours before placing an order through the app, as these can change daily. I reached out to customer service, and they promised that someone from the store would contact me within a week. However, after three months of back-and-forth messages with customer service, I gave up without any resolution. Congratulations on receiving my very first one-star review. Don’t waste your time here!

Don't order latte from there they literally Don't know how to make it. I ordered a few times and the last time I went inside and watched the guy making it. The drink tasted like just warmed milked. It's really annoying i rather have them say i don't know how to make it so o can order something else.

BUYER BEWARE Went in and had had gotten gas at the mobile, and Wanted a fresh coffee and there were two people on staff with two vehicles or less in the drive thru. I stood there for 10 mins and was looked in my face twice and looked away. Absolutely no consideration for my time. They just let anybody collect a pay check at this place. Zero customer service
