Ruby Tuesday - NORTH WALES

Had dinner here on October 14 for a Birthday event. Disappointed to say the least. Had made a reservation for table 8 one week before. On arrival, had no record of said reservation. Waited 15 mins for our table. Service was great, salad bar was great. That said, the rest is in the details salmon was underweight and overcooked, as well as 2 separate beef selections our party ordered. Chicken dishes were as described and appeared appropriate portions. White wine was warm, not chilled for the price paid. Again service was attentive but did not follow up w bar about the wine. Called the manager about a week afterwards to let him know His reply was receptive at the time, and took my info w the promise of a Be Our Guest coupon sent by email Never received. Will Not return here with all the choices in the area, cant imagine why anyone would.

I give my experience 2 stars because of the waiter. As soon as he found out we were MN Vikings fans. He wasn 't very nice. The game was almost a week ago and the Eagles beat the Vikings asily. He crossed the line when he asked us if we wanted some looser pie for dessert. It 's not like we came into the restaurant wearing MN Vikings gear. My husband had on a shirt that had the state of Minnesota on it with the word HOME in the middle. I understand stand a little teasing but it went way beyond that. The food overall was about 4 stars. I wish they would have had a few more healthy meal choices.

We stopped here looking for an easy Sunday dinner. I love this salad bar! So many options to choose from to create a delicious salad! They were running a special for salad bar and their chicken sandwich for $7.99. Great deal! Good and timely service, food tasted good and the atmosphere was excellent for family time.

Absolutely crappy service. 1/2 the tables in the restaurant are empty and clean. They are on a 20 minute wait. We sit at the bar to eat the salad bar and are told we have a 20 minute wait to even put an order in. This is after we ordered drinks. We have officially removed this location as a place to eat. They should staff it correctly or close it. The bartender should also go back to charm school.

This review is going to be mixed, a great start with an unhappy ending. I had really busy day today and was uncertain if I could go to lunch with my wife today at her favorite place , Ruby Tuesday. We live in Montgomery township so there is no shortage of restaurants close to home. She badgered me and wore me down and I met her there.I really like R T as it is very easy to eat a nice low carb meal . I love their burgers and lunch entrees and we were looking forward to trying the new salad bar. The menu changed again recently and it looks pretty good. I had the triple prime cheddar burger and it was great, my wife had a chicken sandwich which I tried and liked. We both really lived the new salad bar and my lived some of the new additions . We had a coupon for $7.00 off so it was a reasonable lunch , apparently everyone uses coupons so the prices seemed to have gone up a little. At the end of our lunch my wife experienced major stomach issues and needed to visit the ladies room at R T for quite some time. We determined it must have been from an item at the salad bar because I tried her chicken. I was fine but experienced a very minor upset stomach after lunch. We loved the new salad bar and menu but my wife has communicated that she will never return as her issues lasted for quite some time .
