Ye Skewers Hot Pot Sān Dà Yé Chuàn Chuàn Xiāng

First time at 3 big Grandpa skewers and hotpot. Abby our server was simply amazing and was very attentive. The food is great as well many selections were available. Thank you 3 grandpa.

It’s our first time trying skewer hotpot! Great service and the staff explained the menu, where food and sauce located before we started the dinner. Some marinated meat is quite spicy so if you are not a spicy person be careful! Also don’t bring your jacket inside as it just smell the food after.They give 2 hours to finish the meal but it’s more than enough. Full house on Sunday night so it’s better to reserve in advance. The AYCE price doesn’t include the soup base, and each adult must order their own soup.There’s variety meat and veggie to choose from, and there’s also cold dishes and some deep fried chicken as well.Thanks for the staff Nini! Came on the weekend during their anniversary. Though it was busy our waiter Michael was helpful and cleared extra dishes off our table for us and attended to adding soupbase .very good service and friendly.Food was delicious with fresh ingredients and assorted dessert snacks were also always fresh. The soupbase was very authentic and I would say one of the better ones in Toronto .Only downfall was the bathroom as it is not male female separate so it was disgusting with pee on the toilet seats and the floors. We had to go bathroom after lunch somewhere else.

Chi chi was our host for the day. This was the first time my family and I came to this location and it was clean, and welcoming. We loved how easy everything was. The variety is endless here, they have something for everybody!!At the end of it, she explained that if we signed up for VIP membership we would be saving money today and we were sold! Thank you Chi Chi for taking the time to tell us about the membership and for saving my family some money!Food is delicious! People are so nice!They gifted my family some tote bags too!Great experience all around!

Great hit pot place. Sign up for VIP and will go again. Nini is a friendly waitress and provides good service.
