Kibo Sushi House Keele - North York

This place is amazing. the best sushi I've had for a long time. I'll give him 10 stars if I could. everything was made perfect and fantastic. Look at her. 10% discount if they pay money.

I ordered on Sunday spicy tuna and spicy salmon because I have an allergy to (I don't know what but I normally only go for this and I didn't want swollen hands, tongue and lips. I was instead sent refrigerated sushi All Salmon ???? Reading a receipt is basics to literacy. It's not like any one is asking for ur attention they just want what they ordered ... The service is just bad and terrible here. Plus they never answer the phone ? ???

Online ordering system seems to be way off.. I ordered at 6:35pm, the tracker predicted my order would be ready at 7:35pm, I got there around 7:50pm and there were lots of people waiting for orders, most seem to be ubereats delivery guys. I called at 8:00pm to check on my order since there were too many people in their storefront waiting and was told my order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I went in around 8:15 and did not get my order until 8:30pm. The sushi is pretty standard.. I don’t think it should have taken 2hours for an order of spicy salmon roll and donburi.

Edit: the quality of this location has really gone downhill lately and it makes me sad because we order from here every week. For the last few weeks, our order (which is exactly the same every time) awful. The tempura was not crunchy at all, it was soggy and the vegetables weren’t even cooked inside (raw pumpkin) and tasted like they just made a bunch of tempura in bulk and not fresh to order. The sashimi really wasn’t fresh and the tuna was sinewy and chewy. When this location opened, the quality was seriously top notch but sadly it has really declined.This new location that opened close to home is amazing and our go to place for quality sushi. Sushi is always super fresh and delicious. One time we had an issue with our order and the manager was so accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!!

Discovered this gem when I went to grab some medication from Canna Cabana by Keele and I feel like pictures speak louder then words. Great price, friendly staff and if you buy with cash, they give you a discount. Never dissapointed. Keep up the great work! ?
