Slowest of Slow!!! this tim is so so so slow. Please, manager should do something about it. Workers talk much work less…

3rd time in one week I was served the wrong food through drive thru. Walked in as well and everyone was in a deep conversation and decided to finish their conversation before serving me the customer. Horrible service.

The drive through is a disaster. Initially, they would do this thing where they would stick their hand out the window, indicating not to drive forward but to stop and wait before the pick up window. They would do this even when there were tons of people behind you in the line, and these people would honk at you like it was your fault. So annoying. I think this is because there is a timer of some kind by the window that reports avg. wait time to corporate. They likely got told off for this, so now they've switched to making you park your car and wait for your food there, even when there is absolutely nobody behind you in line. This is arguably more annoying. I'm probably going to stop coming here because their drive through is a dumpster fire.

The men's washroom is really dirty here. Never any toilet paper, soap is always empty, and the floor filthy. Hand dryer works sometimes. Very slow service. Staff focus on drive thru and ignore customers inside. Staff socialize alot making customers wait to served while they finish gossiping.

Not bad. The only problem I had was being served differently as to what I asked for. Just recheck before exiting
