Very friendly, nice selection of bagels, and clean.

Excellent selection of tasty bagels. An array of cream cheeses as well. Solid bagel shop for sure.

Great chewy bagels. The bagel sandwich options are all really great values for the price. Coffee is just okay there are lots of better options nearby but it’s worth coming here for the bagels/bagel sandwiches. The everything bagel has the BEST seasoning on it.

I’ve experimented with many different styles of bagels, sandwiches, and cream cheese spreads, and while they claim their bacon is their specialty, I find it a bit on the sweet side. However, I still enjoy the various meats they offer, and it's not a dealbreaker for me. I also love the deli meats arranged in a sandwich style. They often invite me to fill out a survey, which helps the corporate team understand just how much I appreciate their bagels in downtown Northampton. The initial incentive for filling out these surveys was a $1 to $2 discount for any sandwich. Now, they offer a survey that rewards you with three free bagels of your choice! I can take them home and enjoy them later. My mood can change from day to day, but I consistently feel good when I order from this place. Their bagels are made with love, and I hope they continue to create these delicious treats!

Upon entering, you're greeted warmly. The menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to different dietary needs as well. This spot has it all, including some delicious coffee. I don't visit Northampton nearly as often as I'd like, but whenever I do, it's always my first choice.
