I have visited this restaurant twice in the last two weeks, and both times I saw the same person working who demonstrated what exceptional customer service looks like. Not only did she cook my food exactly as I requested, but she also paid attention to every detail. I was impressed by her efforts and wanted to thank her. I believe her name is Jaira. If she is not already a shift leader or receiving compensation that reflects her outstanding performance, I would recommend promoting her. The meal she prepared was cooked perfectly, and it made a noticeable difference in the taste. I have a photo of the meal to show how well it was cooked. Great location and friendly staff. they messed up my order though I didn't recognize until I left. I've mixed an ice cream instead of an ice cream.
