Go early. You'll never be disappointed. I had the Huevos Rancheros, not on many menus, fantastic. Almost too much to eat, but pick up the salsa and the sour cream on the side or it will cool your dish. Very friendly place, very busy. But it's always worth it.

Delicious food served with a smile. They have a great variety of dishes, made from local ingredients, high-quality and reasonably priced. On the weekend the wait can be significant, but it's always worth it! the food and service are unbeatable. I always leave satisfied. My favorite breakfast place in The Valley!

The BEST place for breakfast!!! The Eggs Benedict is the most delicious dish along with the pancake of the day which always features local and seasonal items. My friend Erica I drive from Chicopee once a month to have breakfast here we love it so much. This place is truly a GEM in Western MA.

When we first walked up I was discouraged by the long line. I decided to wait to give this place a try. I am a big Benedict addict, and this place was spot on!!! The moment I cut into my egg and saw the golden color of the yoke running... My heart was skipping beats. From the fresh baked wheat toast to the hollandaise sauce, it was an explosion of flavor in my mouth!! I highly suggest this place and cannot wait to plan another trip to MA, just to eat here again!!! To sum it up.... AMAZING!!!

We always have a wonderful breakfast at Sylvester's. Poached eggs were perfect, a homemade toast is outstanding, and plenty of fresh blueberries and my wife's pancakes. But what we like the most, are the unique flavors of coffee they have. Most places that use flavored coffee's taste watered down, but not Sylvesters. I would rather pay an extra couple dollars for breakfast and be completely satisfied. And actually the value for the food was outstanding as well.
