Capriccio Italiano - Northbridge

Upon receiving a groupon voucher for 'all you can eat pizza for two', my partner and I went there to check it out. When arriving we were hardly greeted, and even when saying we had a booking, it was as if we were being dismissed. Our waitress, an older lady escorted us to a table set for 8, when it was only two of us. When seated we weren't brought any water or asked for drinks, just left alone for about 20 minutes. Another waitress came and explained the groupon voucher to us, which was the best part of the night. After finishing our first pizzas within 15 minutes, our plates were not taken for another 20 or so minutes, and even then we weren't asked for our other pizza orders. The whole time our glasses were empty, ( mind you the restaurant had 20-30 people in max) and the two head waitresses were talking around the corner. AN HOUR after finishing our first pizzas we were sick of empty glasses and hungry stomachs, so we left. EXTREMELY disappointed with the service! Very mad and upset that we were ignored the whole night and only got to have 2 small pizzas.Not worth the visit again, never will go back!

First of all, credit card charges are not 10%!!!The carbonara is a must try!!! Absolutely delicious. Very balanced favours. However, chilli mussels are quite disappointed. The portion was great and taste was good but you will be sucking at empty shells too often.Staffs were great, friendly and very knowledgeable about their menu.Warning... It is not a romantic place!!!

Best chilli mussels. Pizza was yummy and fresh. Good service & food was served quickly. Reasonably priced and in a good location.

Charged 10% credit card charge despite questioning why they make a profit on this. Head of house dreadful.

My wife and I had dinner here tonight. We had dinner here before a long time ago but couldn't remember specifics.But tonight all the food we tried were exceptional!We tried:- Chilli Mussels (medium spiciness; large portion) - very nice!- Strozzapreti Capriccio - a pasta recommended by the lady owner/waitress - really nice!- Grilled fish of the day - I think it was snapper - exceptional!Friendly service too.We will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended!
