Great Sausages - Northbridge

I cannot talk highly enough of Frank & the team. Not only do they craft the best sausages in Sydney, they also donated a bunch of snags for my mental health support network BBQ event.

Bacon and egg rolls German style, accompanied by a delicious coffee and great service. The fridges are full of various German sausages which would go well on the BBQ with a beer. It's a must

Had an early start in Northbridge & while looking for breakfast found this interesting shop where I had a coffee & a great Sausage sandwich - they have over 40 styles of sausage plus some meat patties,bacon & pies & sausage rolls & advertise that the only preservative they use is the fridge! Had a chorizo sausage with red peppers & chimichurri sauce really great flavour!

The food is still tasty, but the portions are smaller and the prices are higher now.

I would rate Tommy's 3.5 stars. I enjoyed the gluhwein, but found the beer selection to be more intriguing in theory than in taste - the one I tried was a bit lacking in flavor.
