I always come here for coffee when I'm passing through or meeting someone for lunch, coffee is great, friendly and quick service

We go here regularly after the gym on a Saturday morning for breakfast. With the new owners cannot fault the friendly service & smiles given by all the girls. Good choices to suit all comers with serves being ample & tasty. Hard to fault in a plaza complex

Firstly, this place has recently changed hands, and is now renamed Inner Cravings Cafe, and as my title indicates, "AT LAST! Northbridge Plaza has a great coffee shop. It seems that previous owners had never "quite got it right", but the new owner Sandra has bought in top staff and plenty of ideas, starting with a top-flight barista, and excellent coffee! The cafe is actually divided into two sections, the front section with comfortable club-style easy chairs, footrests and bookshelves, with the back section a more traditional table and chairs. There is a section for toddlers to play, and the overall effect is that there now is an excellent venue where a great coffee and light snack can be enjoyed, before or after shopping in the fabulous Northbridge Plaza.

First time visit this cafe. Awesome service, friendly staff, fresh and super tasty food. I had pleasant experience. I would definitely back and will suggest this place to all of my friends.

Intelligentsia cafe is located in the Northbridge Plaza in Sydney's Lower North Shore. It's in a large light airy space but it has an intimate cosy feel, a result of clever decor.The host and owner, Steve, is personable and really is intelligent about what he is trying to achieve. He wants to satisfy his clientele, he asks them what they would like, seeks advice and takes it on board. His philosophy is about keeping it fresh, best quality, in season,diverse and interesting. His changing board menu has main meals that reflect this attitude, you must try the flathead fillets in lime batter, they are superb.His menu has something for everyone and is reasonably priced. The prosciutto and fig salad with ricotta is amazing and the crab cakes with a delicious chilli sauce made to your taste are incredible!I have been many times and NEVER been disappointed. One of the best events was Father's Day, we had a large group. All our meals came at the same time, everyone got what they ordered, it all tasted fabulous, what a revelation! But it is his coffe we love...always, always great!The Intelligentsia staff are friendly, accommodating, efficient and competent.This is a great spot to meet friends mid week for a chat, for weekend with your partner or family catchup, a quick meal before shopping or having an early dinner ( closes most days at 6pm).Always Enjoyable!
