I should have written this review some time ago. I've been eating here for over twenty years. Georgie V's is excellent food and excellent service all around. ‍ More than that though, it's so obvious that ownership, Angelo and his family, care deeply about making their restaurant the best breakfast-lunch place it can be. As a customer, I've seen the restaurant change and develop over time and it's very cool to see a place that is truly focused on achieving excellence for it's customers. If you're looking for a breakfast-lunch place that is consistently great food and has a great atmosphere, then Georgie V's is your spot! I highly, highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It was a popular breakfast spot, especially for a Wednesday morning. The service was good, and the food was very tasty and fresh. I highly recommend it if you’re in the Northbrook area!

Excellent! My wife and I were in town for a family event and stopped here for breakfast. It was a good decision! I ordered a greek style omelette with hash browns and pancakes, my wife ordered a veggie frittata with toast and fruit. The food was perfectly prepared. Service was fast and friendly, only a slight ding was a little fruit fly harassing my wife. The final bill $28 plus tax. So affordable!
