Loved the food, but the environment is absolutely chaos!! It's fun when you get in with the right attitude! Nice to see all celebrities who come and sign photos on the walls!

Our first time to The Claim Company and we thought it was good. I won't say that it was the best burger we have ever had. We went on a Saturday afternoon and didn't experience the noise or the long wait. I ordered onion rings and they were not done to my request and the staff eagerly made it right.

Fantastic salad bar!. Okay, I have to say I was REALLY impressed! This was not the restaurant I was expecting, confusing with a chain we have in California...but I was NOT disappointed! I live in California, and I'm used to top notch produce, and The Claim Company did not disappoint! They have a HUGE selection of fresh choices many more options than I've seen in some of my home town restaurants. The server, Debbie (I think) was a sweetheart. And the burger, which was turkey, was delicious! Their Motherlode burgers are great. A ton of bun choices, cheese, assorted toppings really fresh and yummy! If I lived here, I know I'd be back not for the decor, but for the food and service. Thank you Claim Company!

We are periodic guests of this restaurant. Our 4 year old son lived the tree house at Northbrook Court, my husband and I like to walk here, and I enjoy Macy 's and other stores! But the point about the Claim Company is hood food, good service, pricing perhaps a bit higher than we 'd like, but certainly we like it or we would not keep coming back. We live in Northfield, and go to Texas Roadhouse in Kenosha WI about 1-2 a month. So we compare to that. Bigger burgers, always done right. More options in the buns, ingredients, cheese, etc. The Roadhouse has peanut, rolls, etc that Claim Company doesn 't have. Price about 20% higher than Roadhouse. But we don 't have to drive 40 minutes one way, and have all the nice points of the mall mentioned. Last year, we had out of state guests. They stayed 3 days, we took them to Claim Company after a walk in the Chicago Bitanuc Gardens. They loved it so much, they asked to go back the next day. They have eaten in places coast to coast, so that too says something. I think the negatives posted on here are over the top! Do we wish they offered a 'free ' dinner roll while you wait? Yes. But we keep coming back. Good food and service to match.
