Pat's Pizza Pasta - Northchase

I placed an order at 6:21pm on 9/26/2021 order #150 at the Kirkwood location over the phone with a young woman named Diana. I want to file a formal complaint against her for being extremely rude and for doing her job poorly. I demand something be done about her!

I asked for condiment on the side and lots of mustard on my sandwich. They misunderstood and drowned my fries in mustard as well as putting some in a cup. Not what I was wanting. I wish we could pay after meal instead of before.

Ordered at 4 pm by 5:30 still no food no call. Had to call back twice and then go pick it up ourselves. Was offered a 10% discount, what a joke. Will never order there again. Customer service is horrible at this store. Been ordering here for years, last time will be today.

Bad service and I understand Covid is a concern but serving your food on paper plates is a joke. I used to go here a couple of times a month with family but will no longer. Pizza was brought out in a box and not even sliced. Horrible service and did not even get Half way through eating my food and they were wanting the bill paid. Sorry but I’m out

I ordered a BLT club and it didn't have tomatoes on it and I didn't get a heads up about it.
