They make the best tamales hands down! Bet get there early if you want some. Its a food truck in the middle of Watts so you might run into sone weirdo, but it's worth the hike. They always park on Wilmington facing South. I've been buying their tamales for the last 20 years.

I give their red tamales a rating of 10! I recently tried their shredded beef hard shell tacos; I give their tacos, described above a rating of 3; they are super small and they cost between $2 $3. I honestly thought they would be a bit bigger for the price. The taste was pretty good but I felt cheated when I saw that they were too small. They overcharge you. If they would make them bigger, they would be worth it. I will continue to buy their red tamales (their green chile chicken tamales are really good also), but I will never buy their tacos again!

The tamales gave my daughter me and my husband a serious stomach virus. The tamales didn’t seem fresh specially the strawberry ones my little one threw up all night we have not recovered.safe to say never going back.
