Don 't waste your time this restaurant has THE WORST SERVICE by people hired to do a job they have no clue of fulfilling.It 's had to imagine Jack Strange a manager you would think would at least hire a hostess that knew something like Customer service or Hospitality? Not this lady representing Longhorn Steakhouse at its worst .I use to be a loyal customer but friends family and myself will never dine at this poorly run establishment.My rating for this piticular restaurant reached a 1.
Nice looking place. It ends there. Ordered the filet medium-rare with asparagus and a sweet potato. Wow. Idfk how a steak house Fs up a steak but Longhorn sure can. My steak was well done. The asparagus was hard (not steamed) but dripping wet. And the sweet potato ... I had no idea it came with a pound of sugar on it. Gross. If a spoonful of sugar is your thing, you're in luck. Except, after you eat that spoonful of sugar you won't have a drink because the wait staff will never come back to refill your cup. If you sucked it down during the 45min it took to get your meal you're SOL.3 things and you Fd them all up? A one-star review is really hard to earn. Kudos.PS there is no way anyone has clean hands here. The water trickles out of the faucet that is one inch from the back of the sink.
Get food service was good price very well over all great experience. Well differently recommended this place.
I treated my wife to a very nice lunch last Friday 4/5/2024. Angelina A. was delightful and enthusiastic with her great care and service for our lunch. It was an Exceptional experience!! An analogy is she is the busy bee pollinating the flowers (her clients) and she provides us with outstanding service. Thank you, R
