The service was great. The food was good. The only not so good part was we chose to eat outside on the covered patio because we had our 2 little dogs with us. McAlisters is a great place to pick up a meal or eat inside. The food is good and consistent almost every time. The staff does well if there isn't a line, and due to the fact that nothing is cooked on the premises, sometimes the item you want is not available. All in all, it's an okay experience.
