The food is always good and the staff are fun and friendly

Zaxby’s was fantastic, as always. I tried the new spicy sauce on my chicken sandwich, and it was delicious! The service was quick, and even the Sprite was perfect. The staff provided service with a smile, something I hadn’t experienced in a while!

The food was excellent and fresh. The male employee was very respectful and welcoming. Even though we arrived close to closing time, we didn’t feel rushed at all. We enjoyed our meal a lot.

The food is consistently great, but the service can be hit or miss. A friendly smile would really improve the experience. It often feels like the staff are rushing to wrap up your order, and they seem frustrated if you want to make changes. Additionally, it can be difficult to hear clearly when placing an order through the drive-thru. But overall, the food is excellent!

Good chicken, and fast service through the drive through. I have no complaints at all, they did a great job with my order
