Bidra med feedbackThis Bigby is way too slow to get coffee on the way in to work. They have made me late too many times to count. This morning was the final straw. For whatever the reason, Starbucks can knock out a large line 3 times faster than Bigby. Also, Bigby doesn't have heavy whipping cream. What respectable coffee place doesn't carry heavy cream? I'm done!!
Very very very very slow. Took 45 minutes and didn't even get my order, just left. The people on shift were just chatting and didn't even open the window the 10 minutes we were at it.Food: 4/5
Literally I never thought in these type of places. But the service is definitely worthy of raises. I feel bad cause I was in a rush and didn't tip.The girl at the drive thru window was a genuine peach. Beyond nice and friendly.This locations owers should be very proud of the staff at Henry st.Definitely making the apple store look bad.Best costomer service experience I've had all year.
Favorite Drink 24oz Redbull creme freeze with real strawberries, strawberry syrup, Add Zip!!!! Also BOGO WEDNESDAY!!!Food: 5/5
