Fast 5 Pizza Norwalk

Always come here and I always enjoy the food very much! I don't know why that one lady reviewed this place a one star because i come here weekly and the food NEVER disappoints! I even come here sometimes after work just to come buy myself a pizza (I work at dominos)

WORST pizza. I ordered online, a large pizza and two individual pizzas. When I placed the order I was told 15 minutes. I went in and picked up my order, took me less than 5 minutes to get home. ALL the pizzas were COLD, hardly any sauce, crusts were hard as a rock. Lucian does NOT deserve 4.5 stars. You barely deserve 1!! So disappointed!! Company states you can't wrap your head around a one star review? I HAD to put the star. The pizza was so cold. Almost as if it had been sitting for a while and I'm only 15 minutes away. It should have been hot. I don't want a refund. What good would that do me?

I called to place a pick up order and I asked the employee who took my order if she can give me the total...... She said I can 't provide you with that. ? I told her I needed to know because I 'm just picking it up for someone. She put me on hold and While I was on hold I can just hear in the background the other girls saying I can 't stand when people ask that .... Umm you should at least put me on mute. Then she answers and told me it will be about $40... ABOUT? I don 't understand why you can 't provide the total. I hope the owner or manager reads this. No customer wants to experience this from a rude employee who dislikes her job. Pizza is good for a great price. But should have a talk with the people working for them .

The first time here. The pizza was pretty good. The wings were great. The dough on the pizza was perfect. Friendly service.

You hung me up because they said I didn't speak nicely?? I asked for a sauce and they didn't understand what I said, that I said many times what the sauce is and they didn't understand and hang it on me. How rude of them!!!
