Kfc - Norwalk

I had a great experience at this restaurant! The chicken pot pie was excellent, and the beans were delicious. The coleslaw was the best I've ever had, and the biscuits served with honey and butter were fantastic. The mashed potatoes were also really good. While the prices are a bit higher, I believe the quality is worth it.

The fries were cold and haphazardly placed on top of an overly stuffed bag. They forgot my sauces, didn’t provide spoons for the sides of mac and cheese, and my wife’s biscuit was missing as well. The chicken was obviously stale, having been left out for hours. I strongly advise against spending your money here! The mac and cheese was dry and tasted old. For the $31 I spent, I would rather eat at almost any other place! The staff seemed indifferent and unprofessional. I will never return, even if it were free.

The chicken sandwich was decent but served cold. The French fries were also cold and chewy. It felt like the food had been prepared and left to sit for too long. This is the first time I've been disappointed at this KFC.

$30 worth of food and the only thing decent was the drinks. Forgot my our sauce had to wait in the drive thru another 20 minutes. Absolutely disgusting drive right on by this place

Poor service and food really isn?t the greatest. Don?t order online for pickup otherwise you?ll wait 40 minutes past your pickup time. Staff in the back making food were vaping and dropping things as well as being loud cussing at each other. 0 stars.
