Top shelf pizza,fresh ingredients with superb sauce. Dough is buttery baked

Tonight (04/30/2021 at 6:30pm) my friend 's Lauren and Dave Miller (Norwalk) ordered 2 large Pizzas, and 2 wings with Buffalo and Hot sauce for us to split. The quoted time for 55 mins and ended up being 1 hour 20 minutes. When we called to check in, thestaff was apologetic and friendly. When it arrived to her house around 8pm, unfortunately it was not only cold but also missingone of order of wings. We also didn 't recieve a receipt to be able to tip. So, apologize for the driver because even if thingswere wrong, we know it 's not his fault and he deserves a tip. We just weren 't presented another option to do so when we called.Anyways, I immediately called back to express our concern, on their behalf, about the cold pizza and missing wings. The ownerJoe was lovely. Very apologetic, easy to talk to and understanding that we weren 't satisfied. He nicely offered to take care ofit, which we extremely appreciated. I give 4 stars because of the great customer service experience as well as after we warmedit up, it was soo tasty. So, worth the wait. We also understand due to the Pandemic, pizza places have been constantly booked,so we are very understanding and appreciative of them being an essential business that still cares about customers satisfaction.Looking forward to my friend receiving their comp, as well as ordering from there again.

We place an order once a week, and the food is always exceptional. The ingredients are top-notch, which is rare for pizza around here, and the service is always friendly! I often get a soup just to enjoy the bread that comes with it because it's absolutely incredible—some of the freshest and best I’ve ever tasted!

I ordered calamari and the Rowayton Special pizza. The calamari portion was generous, but it could have used a bit more time in the fryer, as it was a little soggy. I recommend asking for it to be cooked 'crispy'. The pizza was topped nicely with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and meats. However, the combination of olive oil and vegetable juice made the center of the pizza quite messy. It didn't hold together well when I tried to lift a slice. I had to use a fork and knife to eat it. Also, they don't sell beer.

I received a warm welcome, enjoyed delicious pizza, and couldn't get enough of the incredibly tasty chocolate chip cookies.
