Tam's Burgers - Norwalk

Very good attention to the customer was a pleasure to come in the morning. It has been a long time since I had visited and the girls were great. Please don't let the men attend the front desk, last time they were mean.

I live very close to this location.l And I'm happy that I do because mostly everybody There is wonderful even though they have a giant staff. However, there are a few that I would like to shout out In particular as I go there at least 3 to 4 times a week, The cook Don Chewy manager Carlos Kassandra Sharley Krystal Olga and the smaller cook with the gold chains that drives the Chrysler 300. I Missed A lot of other people that I don't know their names. However, they are very nice as well. But I didn't name the top people that I know on a daily basis...

So tonight I came to get a chilli cheese burger and I asked the employee that took my order I asked him what comes on that burger he told me chili and cheese only I stay in Whittier so I got home and looked at my burger and it has lettuce tomato and sauce and I went back over and as a courtesy and convenience for me going all the way back to NORWALK and I live in Whittier I asked them if they can give me some kind of money back and give me the chili cheeseburger on the house and they told me no ? like I came out of my way like you guys couldn’t even give me anything for my time like worst customer service I will never come back here

First time going it was good I'll go back again when I'm around the area

I ordered a breakfast burrito. They should just call it a hash brown burrito
