Mcdonald's - Norwich

I loved it because we ordered the employees day because we ordered 40 mc chicken sandwiches 37 normal and 3 level. They hate us now, but the service was great.

I am so tired. Of the continuous bad service' the rudeness' the failure to get the orders correct'. When a diabetic asks for sugar substitute' a gets sugar' when you order exactly how you want your coffee and repeat' and you get the opposite' and they argue with you' people none of us get paid a just wage' but there is such a thing in doing your job with pride. And showing work ethic' with proper customer service

The staff here is exceptionally professional, the restaurant is spotless, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The service is quick as well. This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to!

Total transformation since April 13, 2017. The restaurant now offers table service, kiosk ordering, and an upgraded drive-thru. There are many positive changes, and I'm really enjoying the new seating area!

Amazing experience! If you ever visit McDonald's late at night, the service can be hit or miss, but I have to highlight the outstanding service from the overnight staff member named RED. She always prioritizes the customers' best interests. I truly appreciate her! Love RED!
