Bidra med feedbackWe had a short wait as it was very busy, but the two guys greeting people at the door handled it well and wrote our names down. We got a table, our server Rhys was friendly and helpful. We ordered our food at the till as I was paying in cash and vouchers. The food didn’t take too long to arrive, and when it did, it was so delicious, my son has already planned to come back here for his birthday meal. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was the price, but that’s not really anyone’s fault
We went to the restaurant for a snack at 9:30, although we understand it may not have been the most convenient time. However, we would have preferred to be turned away rather than have the experience we had that evening. We were seated near the food station and felt extremely hot, so we asked to move but were quickly denied by Mya, who appeared to be the main staff member that night. We placed our order quickly out of courtesy, but Mya then told us she was cleaning the toilets and to go if we needed to, with a rude tone. We were a group of three girls with only one working female toilet, so we found this disrespectful. Mya never smiled and continued to be rude to us and other staff members. It was clear she was not pleased with us coming in, despite us asking beforehand. Another female staff member was also rude, placing food down and walking away without providing the necessary utensils. I had to ask for my drink glass and requested that my additional food should come together as I had ordered a starter and a side. The mashed potatoes I received had a skin on them, which was unappetizing. The only staff members we appreciated were Francis and Thomas, who provided kind service. Despite their efforts, the poor service from everyone else and the disappointing food overshadowed our experience.
I spent more than £50 and my main meal was missing from the delivery. Very disappointing. They didn't offer to redeliver, just credited the cost of the meal. Now I'm considering going outside to eat grass! The service and quality control are absolutely terrible.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, I approached the cashier to place my order as I had a discount. I had a Nando's card with enough chillies to qualify for the green reward. I ordered chicken wings, expecting them to be complimentary. However, the cashier seemed to be struggling and other staff members ignored us as they walked by. Eventually, my order was deleted and I had to repeat it and present my Nando's card again. The cashier sought assistance from another staff member who couldn't figure out why my card wasn't working. After about 15 minutes of trying to place my order, a different staff member was able to help. They claimed my rewards were expired, even though I visit Nando's weekly. Despite having both a green and orange reward, I had to pay full price for my meal. When my food arrived, it was not as I had requested; I had ordered 2 chicken thighs on my quinoa salad, but received a chicken breast cut in half. My friend also had issues with her order. The manager made a rude comment about checking our orders next time. This made my friend feel uncomfortable and she couldn't finish her meal, wanting to leave as soon as possible. Throughout our meal, we felt uneasy as the staff seemed to be gossiping about us. This was our first visit to this Nando's in Norwich, and as regulars at the chain, it was the worst experience we have ever had.
Beautiful food great service in their restaurant but also excellent delivery service always hit fast delivery superb service. My fav dish butterfly chicken breast with lemon garlic sauce, peri peri chips and rainbow salad.
