Bidra med feedbackBeautiful, delicious food. We had the tuna tartare, the miso sea bass and the tenderloin perfect. The kombucha on tap was refreshing and the popcorn/root veg chips in place of bread were a nice touch. Highly recommend this place!
This was the best cooked tuna I have ever had in all of Guiones. The flavor of the fresh tarragon flowers and the Caribbean rice gave it a perfect savory punch. My husband enjoyed the sea bass with black rice and Kim chi also cooked to the exact flaky texture. We paired it with a Libertas and Marbella from Craft Beer brewery which finished the meal to perfection. Thanks for the great service too!!!
Inviting, exciting multi-level structure, well lit, comfortable. Details, like a brown bagged surprise upon being seated, a leather strap on the menu, a beer taster just because, these things were so pleasant. The food was superb, not only my main, which was a steak with old fashioned real beef taste, but the sides, fresh veges grilled w mushrooms and lovely herbs, clumpy mashed potatoes. The strawberry mouse had white chocolate grains folded in for texture, and again, herbs complimenting and contrasting. Music was sexy. Crowd was chill. Owners were mingling and massaging the kinks out of their fresh new restaurant. Total win.
Good food and really nice atmosphere. Our server was knowledgeable I got the shrimp casado and a moment after it came out, he hurried over to let me know that the plantains hadn’t been fried in the dedicated GF fryer so he took it away and had a new safe plate made for me. He definitely understood celiac needs! Quite a few GF options.
Great food. Wait staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are a lot of gluten free options that are delicious and they have gluten free buns. They are working on getting a dedicated fryer. The vegan panna cotta was a light and delicious dessert.
