Subway - Nottingham

I've been to this location a lot and I love Subway sandwiches. I normally get the tuna sub or veggie patty. Hadn't known abt the tuna melt which I assume is fairly new though I haven't been in a Subway since Covid so maybe it's been around for a while now but it was absolutely delicious. The staff have always been nice and the place is clean.

Don't accept coupons, even when ordering online in the Subway app, get the message they aren't participating in the promotion. It's Subway, there are too many others around to waste time with locations that don't honor their own coupons. It's also a bad image for the brand and shows a lack of cohesion. What's the point of promoting BOGO sales if you can't get the deal.

Fantastic staff! I really appreciate that they accept coupons with the new management! The place is impeccably clean!

I'm not sure if this issue is related to the new menu item, but I believe the staff needs better training on what should be included in a sub when it's offered as an option. I've ordered the New Turkey Italiano twice now, and each time, they've omitted 2 of the 3 meats! This might be a training problem, but if there's any confusion, I suggest they refer to the ingredients listed on your own website. Thank you!

This restaurant does not accept valid Subway coupons, specifically the ones that arrive in your mailbox, not the internet ones. The Subway in Honeygo Plaza is ten times better than this place and definitely worth the extra few miles to reach it.
