I'm a real curry fan and to be perfectly honest I had the butter chicken and I've had better out of a pataks jar it was tasteless with hardly any chicken in it it was luke warm and I can make better curries and rice myself .my child found a hair in his food and I 100 percent would not use these again really disappointed curry was oily and fatty and tasteless and the rice was poor too also they forgot items too not good sorry to the staff to complain but wow that's the worst I've ever had

Tired of the usual English cuisine during the festive season, we decided to switch things up and try our favorite Indian restaurant. We both ordered the Palak, a medium/spicy curry made with spinach, onions, tomatoes, and garnished with coriander. Although it wasn't very spicy, the spinach added a nice twist and soaked up some of the flavorful gravy. It felt like getting one of our five-a-day in as well. The dish was generously filled with chicken and came with naan bread and a few poppadoms. At only £7, it was definitely worth it.

I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident and it's a 5-mile drive from my home. The staff is very friendly and the main cook and owner, an older uncle, prepares a great variety of curries that will satisfy everyone's tastes. I usually opt for the £7.00 special, which includes a main curry (typically chicken or lamb madras), rice, poppadoms, and a naan bread. There have been a couple of times when I wasn't completely satisfied, but they quickly resolved the issue without any hassle. The madras curry is moderately spicy and tastes better with lamb, although the chicken portion is more generous. If you can't finish the dish, I recommend storing it in the fridge overnight as it tastes even better the next day. The quality of the food is the same as what you would find in a restaurant, but at a more affordable price. The freshly baked naan bread is cooked right in front of you, although I noticed that the portion sizes are getting smaller. Despite this, the taste is addictive.
