Yumi Ice Cream Parlour - Nottingham

Nearby desert parlours need to take a leaf out of YUMIS book. The premises is clean and the staff well mannered and helpful. The used gloves when preparing my waffle with all the trimmings, which is very important to me (as so many takeout don't) The manager was sooooo nice and gave my the history about the parlour e.g family run business. The service was great and the food was great. Will deffo go again.....

The manager need to teach the staff how to talk to the customer specially the ladies they don’t know any think!!! They don’t know how to say thanks event they don’t say please when they take the money from you look like they want to fight you . I will never go back there the boys are good but girls

Hands down the best dessert parlour. Haider’s customer service skills were amazing. They provide Good service, good prices and amazing desserts. Would definitely recommend.
