Bidra med feedbackI was in this bar for a drink with friends, since she was in the immediate vicinity of the restaurant where we had dinner. The place is frozen in the 80s, with little or no interventions of renewal, and this is reflected also in the mentality of the one I imagine is the owner, who made us pay to the cashier. At the time of paying the account, we are made aware that it is not possible to pay separately – a matter on which we had not been notified at the beginning and that less was reported with signs in any part of the premises. The reason was that the receipt had already been made unique, not to mention that the cash settings did not allow separate payments to be recorded. It was quite simple to realize that the receipt of which the manager was talking and that we had at the table was not a fiscal receipt, but that in which the drinks were brought, with the bulk of the total at the end. Therefore, nothing in that piece of paper constituted an impediment to customers for their single payment: it was more a matter of failure of the one who was in cash, more than impossible. Not to mention that the bar was not even full and that the gentleman himself had already wasted more than 5 minutes to pretend that it was impossible of means – perhaps it was right to say that the separate payment could be done to save time? I find it unsuitable to a city bar that in 2023 you still have to attend this theatrical scene and insist on getting a separate payment. However, magically awakened from its numbness, the cash decides to work and suddenly it is possible to pay separately. I assume that I have an English bank account, which I use for spending in Italy for more than a year on this part, without ever creating any kind of problems. At the time of my turn, I put my ATM. The gentleman twists his nose and, after he squashed his eyes looking at the POS, turning me a scumbag what's all this? , I turn the POS itself, on which it was simply written to choose the euro currency or GBP, with lots of flags, European Union and Great Britain . Answer: ah... an English account, has a wow comment not too sensible, in my opinion. The apex is reached a few seconds later, when, after the issue of the clashes but that clashes so long is doing, but what is it?! , the gentleman rudely yells at me: Here! I made a receipt from 5€ but I cashed 4,50!!! How do we put it now? . I will raise myself immediately and, after I first responded that I am not my bank, so I cannot put it in any way as to why whatever happened is not my fault, I ask him to show me the receipt, which reads 4.50 GBP , that is the amount paid by me in pounds with the change, not his cash, and I make him present everything. I understand that we are in Novara, I understand that perhaps you are not accustomed to receiving customers who pay in other currencies, but I ask myself: it is normal that, leaving the already mentioned scene for the separate payment impossible, a person who works in the catering sector does not know that GBP is equivalent to UK pounds, especially after I had already reported that I was using my English account for payment? Is it possible that those who run a bar do not know that if it beats an amount of 5€ for a finger of myrtle, but this is another speech it is not possible that it receives 4.50? Moreover, it is possible that as first you blame the customer, with arrogance and little modesty and professionalism, when the magazine is own, as if the customer himself, among other things, wanted to scam 50 cents to the local? I understand that the bar is very old style, but in no place in Italy or abroad outside the UK I've ever had such treatment, especially if the only thing I did was pay what I had to pay.

Forget it, arrogant and scum. Poor cleaning. Bad experience. If you don't like your job you see, even serving a simple coffee (besides not even good)...
Novara .. the Salottino .. Bar .. according to me from the few claims .. nothing that .. (sinked because I knew it was a historical place of Novara) .. coffee burned therefore not good .. as well as the brioche
Saturday morning, we pass, decide for a coffee in this historic bar of Novara. But with probably (I hope for them) a new management. They make us sit in the outside dehor...after we are forgotten...40 minutes 2 picks ... we manage to order entering us to ask, since others arrived after us made this choice and were served before...other 20 minutes for the preparation of 3 coffee creams and a normal coffee... 12 euros of receipt... I make the joke...I ask for a discount (1 hour waiting is for customers who look for me My cousin who ventured inside, narrated piles of dirty cups and quarrels on the destination of orders, (in front of a customer, throw a tray to your collaborator?
