Bidra med feedbackFood is great but the management is very bad. We waited to be seated and nobody would take us to a table, so we ended up seating ourselves. After about 30 min of waiting, we noticed only one waiter was working the whole patio. This poor kid looked so over worked. We eventually decided to leave because we knew we would never see our food. I walked up to the kid and politely told him we noticed he was all on his own. He did NOT disagree. I gave him a little tip and told him we were leaving due to overwhelmingly long wait for service. C'mon management. Take notice when your staff is struggling!!!
I ordered a Caeser salad with chicken and it was delicious! The veggies were fresh and the coutons were crispy. Good portion and great value. Only small complaint is my salad has too much dressings on it. But it is more of a personal preference.
Best brisket we've had in a long time. Came from out of town for the night and what a find. Pleasant location with friendly service and live music. Patio is dog friendly. I was afraid it was too windy to sit outside but it's protected well by plastic. If we lived in the area this would be a regular spot.
I was excited for this place but was mostly disappointed. Placed an order on DoorDash for pick-up, but after 25 minutes my order was not being confirmed. I went inside the restaurant (it was around 3 PM) and they confirmed they received my order. I waited another 40 minutes inside the restaurant. From start to finish, the service was terrible. No acknowledgement for the delay or update on my order status. The food spared this review from a one-star rating, even though they forgot to include bbq sauce in my to-go bag.
I highly recommend eating here rather than takeout. They have great outdoor seating and they're not far from Beer Craft to pick up a favorite pint along the way. I've had a much more enjoyable experience dining here rather than opting for takeout. For one, they're quicker when you order in and the portions seems much more than what you get when you order out (feels more measured . It's easier to make alterations to the meals, too, if you need to sub something due to allergies or food preferences. Plus, you get to enjoy the friendly folks that work here and learn all sorts of interesting facts in how they bbq and about other items on their menu. My favorite items to order are the tri-tip and salmon. They do have delicious sides like tatter-tots, fries, onion rings, mac n' cheese, veggies, braised collared greens (my fav! , and corn bread to name a few. I also love several of their sandwiches--which are so big you can share them with someone. If I go that route, I usually order their tri-tip sandwich or their pulled pork. Can't go wrong with either. I definitely say stop in for a spell. The environment is casual enough to meet friends at or have a great lunch with your significant other. It's a super relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to spend some time over good food.
