Tubby's Sub Shop - Novi

I visited from St. Louis and decided to give this place a try. The sub was delicious, and the bread was incredibly soft! I'll be in town for a few more days, so I'm definitely planning to come back for another visit.

I wholeheartedly give this restaurant 5 stars. The lady at the kitchen and register is incredibly kind and approachable. The customer service is consistently exceptional, which is why I keep coming back for my subs. I have never had an order mistake here, which is impressive given how particular my family is. As for the quality and taste of the subs, they are absolutely delicious!

This is the best Tubby’s location! May, who works during the day, is incredibly friendly and always cheerful. She remembers you even after just one visit! I’m willing to drive to this location, even though there’s another Tubby’s closer to me, all because of her outstanding service. The veggie stir-fry sub and the veggie taco sub are absolutely delicious. Tina is fantastic too—always smiling and so dedicated!

Out of every Tubbys I have ever been to , this location has hade the very best steak cheese and mushroom sub I had ever had ! The woman running this location is one of the most pleasant people I have encountered in the services industry. If you are Jones in for a sandwich
