Le Galway - Noyon

Excursion in Noyon and came over is busy bar when coming out of the parking lot. We were recognized and said they were very busy and had to wait. Given the number of people decided to stay as popular. It was not overly long waiting, helped by the beautiful weather. Sat outside and chose the Veau scare. It was absolutely beautiful and came quickly as soon as order was taken. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would be happy to stop here again.

Suitable for food by Noyon. All “good” seats were closed. We had a quick look at the menu and gave it almost a mistake. Luckily a woman was out with a cigarette and recommended that we should go. We're glad we did this. This is a very good brassiere with a simple menu, but the food is cooked at home. We loved the aromas and quality of food. My wife had pork roasts with vegetables and I had the Bavette a l’échalote (in a beautiful red wine sauce) with a small salad and perfect homemade pommes. The desserts, homemade almonds and pear tars and a chocolate moelleux. Perfect without the aftertaste of the factory made products. Staff were top, giving all the information you need without oversale. They were friendly and very responsive to questions. The waitress actually took the time to check what “brune brier” she had in bottles in stock without trying to sell the big brands. There was a good wine list at reasonable prices. I saw the waitress after an older “normal customer”. It was nice to see how she showed him respect by addressing him correctly with his family name and serving him without confidentiality. He looked like he was taken care of by the family at home. Overall we enjoyed our meal and time in Le Galway. Thank you.

It was a sunny afternoon and I needed a stop on my trip. near the beautiful cathedral of Noyon, Le Galway is a brasserie with beautiful open tables overlooking the cathedral itself. The food is good and the staff is nice. Nothing too exciting, but definitely above average.

Noyon doesn't seem to be awash with places to eat and this place was at least open. The meal was not outstanding but was perfectly pleasant and decent value.

The dinner we had in this restaurant was quite ok, the service was very friendly but inefficient. The restaurant was full and there were also a lot of people sitting outside; perhaps they had to call in somebody who was less experienced. Value for money was ok though.
