Pilot Travel Center - null

The restaurant was not very busy and there were plenty of staff. However, only one cashier was working while the others were chatting among themselves. I took a bathroom break and found that there were no seat covers, but the restroom was otherwise clean. There was no hand sanitizer available. The coffee station was functioning well. However, there were not many fresh food items available. The restaurant definitely could have been better stocked.

Tiana Turner and Ca’Deedria Grant provided excellent service during my visit to the restaurant. They were both friendly and always had a smile on their faces. Their work ethic was top-notch. I highly recommend their service and hope they continue to excel. The 3rd shift staff was just as good as the 1st shift.
