Pizza Hut - Nuwara Eliya

Very friendly customer service, the place is well cleaned and huge. Have a car park for around 10 vehicles. The cashier is very nice person, he even let us know there is a discount for the item we ordered.

We were craving for some pizzas, but the place we originally wanted to go was closed so we stopped by here. We have Pizza Hut back at home too in the States so it was interesting to compare it to Sri Lanka’s Pizza Hut. We do not like Pizza Hut back in the States, but this Pizza Hut was actually pretty good! The servers were super friendly! The place was actually pretty clean! We got the Sri Lankan Spicy Chicken Pizza and Cheesy Garlic Toast with Onions. The Spicy Chicken was really good! It was actually spicy which we loved! They also gave us Italian Seasoning and Chill Flakes on the side if needed. The Garlic Toast was different from what we are used to because it was more like a calzone. Overall, everything was pretty good!

The food was good and timely. The service was also good. The store was clean and tidy. Toilet facilities available. The restrooms were also clean. But I don't understand why they have to charge a dine in fee

Taste of the pizza was so good and nice service …. Very kind employees…. So fast … orders received within 10 minutes … very clean … lot of attracting visuals and paintings all arround the store .

The one only global fast food chain restaurant in Nuwara Eliya. The service is quick food was served in less than 15 minutes. Pizza Hut tradition tastes can sensed at this place. This restaurant is busy during peak times specially during a long weekend. Toilets are available but beware they are not clean not maintained well. Parking is available only for two vehicles outside
