Bidra med feedbackThe reason we place mobile orders is that we do not want to wait in your drive-thru line after we have already waited 15 minutes or drive far away the order should have been finished and you should have been able to bring the car as I said in the app, but no we need to wait in your drive for 25 minutes after we have already waited the 15 minutes, this is ridiculous
Clearly short staff. Wait in the drive-dru line 20m. Staff of the spokesman said he was himself. Five more. Staff constantly repeated my order wrong and made noises like he could?t hear me. I asked if I should just come into the window. He said I had nothing else to do. I left.
Spent close to $50 on food Fries tasted days old, and staff acted inconvenienced when we asked for fresh. Burgers were soggy and half out together. Will never recommend or frequent there again. Absolutely disgusting
Order food in drive thru. Waited 20 minutes to get my food. When we did, we drove off. I immediately had to turn around. I showed the Manager, Nicole my burnt black onion rings. Her remark was I tried to make them crispy. I told her I just wanted them cooked correctly. I asked her is she would eat them, she took them from me and threw them in the trash. Then told me to leave the store or she would call the police on me. My husband handed me all the food back which I gave it to her. Once again stated to another employee to call the police. I informed her that I was not leaving until I got a refund. Nicole refused to give her managers information. She repeatedly said call the store. Well Nicole, I will do more than just that. A simple hey I apologize and let me remake them for you would have been enough.
I ordered a #7 with tots and a medium through the drive thru around 9:15-9:25 pm and IT WASNT EVEN COOKED!! When i called to speak to someone, they answered the phone and hung up. Severely poor customer service and quality of food.
